Think it has to be Herefordshire although Ley being his usual self seemed to collect some 16 specimens on this day mostly from Hereford area, although one is from Monmouthshire and one from Derbyshire, I think he must have collected the Herefordshire specimens while waiting for the train to the other sites.

The date was wrongly entered and a new search suggests he was collecting entirely in Herefords this day,(except for one specimen which was also wrongly entered!) - so Warham [sic] is undoubtedly right.
