Numerous similar this month, from Surrey. I think people would agree these labels are Lousley's , judging by the number of sheets so edited, though as you say not labelled in his hand; http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/329630/ gives a good comparison. The other possibility, J E Little, seems hardly to have collected from Surrey.
