N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Dulwich College collectors most often identified by their initials possibly transcribed by someone else. Here perhaps 'M D' and 'H J P', but no evidence of Beeby or H J Parson. Although the latter appears in the collectors list this would be his first specimen. I cannot see a record of any 'Parson' in the Dulwich College Register .

The are several H J Parsons specimens associated with Croydon Natural History Society, but not with Dulwich College. I suspect the Croydon H J P's are in fact H F P (Henry Franklin Parsons).
