Does 'Below Colst, Pen........ Cornwall' mean anything to anyone?

Hume has serveral specimens in his herbarium from College Wood Penryn (e.g. 350187), so perhaps an abbreviation of college, 'Below Colge Peryn'. There is a Collegewood viaduct on the railway.
