Sorry, I'd not spotted the message board discussion before editing this...

I think the details at the bottom right relate to record 790952 rather than to this specimen. To me, the collector's name looks to be John Finlay, but his dates would be incompatible with the label.

The two words above (that Quentin interpreted as Lancaster) might be a taxon name - though I can't decipher it.
