The label is in Augustin Ley's handwriting & the initials "A.L." are his. Perhaps the "W" was a slip of the pen.

AL is Augustin Ley. The W does seem wierd, though AL & SHB did collect together, and this is SHB's area.

Ley is surely saying S[outh] W[est] Bickham
