No, but sheet http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/387750/ is almost a 'twin'; may be worth widening the search, starting by year and county

I now find numerous similarly labelled, eg of Carex from across S England, 1960-70, but couldn't readily find any not anonymous similar. Some of them determined by F H Perring.
