Might it be Darman's Green ? as mentioned here

In the link which Chris provided there is a reference to 'Mangrove-lane, near Darman's Green' so I think this is what is now Dalmonds OS TL3409, west of Hoddesdon. Alas the OS 1st series has a join in the map at this point. All that is visible is 'Gr.'
