The Pentland Hills collector is illegible, but I read as Scott, partly based on http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/384209/ albeit collected a year earlier. Of the Scotts on the pick-list, J Scott seems to most nearly coincide in time and place, albeit based only on his 2 specimens of 1871, from Mid Perthshire!
