It's 'Bevan', & in the list of collectors appears as P Bevan, D P Bevan and D P Boven.

There were a bunch of records from the same collector under various names from 1959. I've now collected them together under the name D. P. Bevan. I'm not sure if this is really their name, but at least now they are linked.
