'1766' has the appearance of possibly being a curatorial mark, not a date?? The label referring to Burgh Head could be just a note, rather than a specimen on the sheet?

Carex incurva, (synonym for Carex maritima) is in London Catalogue of British Plants 10th edition (1908) as number 1766 .
