N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

I can't see (on review) where Fodol Farm comes from: another sheet?

Hi Keith,
Thanks for your query about this. I think Fodol Farm [Vodal Farm] is probably inferred from other sheets collected around the same time.

This record was imported into the system from a database of several thousand BIRM specimens catalogued by Alex Lockton - (the images are newly attached to pre-existing records). It's is possible that there could be occasional mismatches between the sheet images and the textual record - if you find records of that type then please let me know - but in this case I don't think that's happened.

For the time being I should probably exclude the imported sheets from 'review' - as they are likely to be correct (although at some point it may be worth adding in the provenance info, as you have done with this sheet).

regards,

Tom
