There may well have been more then one specimen one this sheet, there are two labels for "Weston" numbered "[1]" but seemingly no specimen.

The collector of the Ganthorpe specimen is H Ibbotson, site and writing match. The Weston-Super-Mare specimens were collected by C O Groom, site and writing match. Unless you definitely think it is all one collection, which I think is not necessarily so, I would enter all this.
