No idea what the location may be assuming its there, and not to certain got the date right... looks like another possible date on line two. Any better ideas?

14/6/10 is correct; the next bit reads 'by 13' 'bay B' or similar; River Severn Gloster

Thanks again - guess must have been some lost/not yet re-found wharf numbering system on the river bank if not in the Gloucester docks. Amended.
