N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

"Pithurst - Dudley Idores" against locality makes no sense to me for Glouc or elsewhere and with no date can't trace where she may have been when collected, if DEdV did:- any interpretations that do?

I think it says Pit bank, Dudley Worcs: though Dudley is in VC Staffordshire it seems to be in administrative Worcs.

'Pit bank' merely a habitat description, it seems.

Yep, now does indeed look like Worcs and as confirmation Hallucigenia documented another "Dudley Pit banks" complete with a date, a few weeks ago. Amended. Thanks.
