N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Specimen appears to have both podlike fruits and mature flowers, but field forces a choice of either one or the other. I chose "seeds/fruits" as this indicates greater maturity.
Also--just ahead of the year collected appears "1X". What do I do with that? Also numbers "119". Where do they go?

IX = 9 ie. September 1896
119 probably added by someone in a herbarium - could be added in notes section, but probably of no great import.
