I couldnt find a 'Sleaford Surrey'; the grid ref on label is near Sissinghurst Castle, Kent; I found no othe P C Holland specimens from 5/1964.

SU811385 is tantalisingly close to Sleaford, North Hampshire - but until more specimens are documented I doubt this can be resolved.
