Searching against Helsby http://herbariaunited.org/specimensearch.php?taxon=&taxonid=&collector=Mr%20Isaac%20A%20Helsby&colid=17658&role=prov&from=&to=&search=search&Country=gbie&VC=all&place=&placeid=&Inst=all&start=0&#searchlist would suggest that Ireland is an unlikely provenance for this gathering. "Ambiguous locality" is about as close as you are likely to get.

Helsby seems to have been in Hertfordshire for other specimens this year - what about Moor Park?
