Armand Thielens was a Belgian botanist and conchologist who ran a vinegar factory in Thirlemont / Tienen and travelled as far as Italy. One possibility is Buis-sur-Damville S of Evreux in N France. On the other hand Buis is a Dutch / Flemish name, too. There is a curtilage of the village Lahamaide E of Tournai called Buis. Seems a bit of a long way from Tienen to go and collect Juncus articulatus, but perhaps he had an aged mother to visit . Did Bost (suburb of Tienen) ever have a French name? If so, I wonder what it was?

OK, think I've got it! (By the way, should have said, 'Station' usually means 'Site' on French records and 'Localite' is the general area (village / town / commune).) I think the Site is 'Buis', not 'Bois', but 'Bois' would actually make more sense of what follows. Leau (the 'Localite') is the French name for Zoutleeuw which is about 8km E of Tienen. Just to the NW is a small village valled 'Bos' in Flemish. Could that have been rendered as 'Buis' in French (box grove?)

Great detective work! I'm not sure how the record should be updated with this information. I also wonder if the Station might be Bais of which there are more than one in France
