Two specimens on page; one clearly is "2" and collected at Halifax; note above page label indicates item "1" was collected at Dolgelley (now Dolgellau) by J. Ralfs, but not clear if this is other specimen shown.

With sheets like this were there are apparently multiple distinct collections, you can document the specimens separately by duplicating the entire documentation form. To do so, click the green cross icon near the top left of the form.

I agree with you that in this case it's not clear if both specimens are mounted any more.
