Specimen #316545

Taxon:Ranunculaceae: Thalictrum flavum L. ("Common Meadow-rue")
Filed in taxon folder:Ranunculaceae: Thalictrum flavum L. ("Common Meadow-rue")
Collection date:1834 cut off at top of label; unclear; could be 1854
Locality:
Institution:South London Botanical Institute (SLBI)
notes:"Mounted by J. Pratt. In reference to specimens 1&2: "In all my specimens of T. Flavum the L(eaves) are more ternate than in the other plants of this section. One of them from the Lea Marshes has a very different fanicle from the rest and the other has the flowers so scattered that it hardly comes into Koch's division. In the plant from Bruges [sic] not only are the L. ternate-pinfd [sic], but their branching spread as widely as in T. minus and its neighbors."

Documented by kkopp on 10th March 2011.

N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Note that a note indicates that the locale for specimens 1&2 are on the reverse of the label but it does not appear to have been scanned.

Thanks for reporting this. I've added a note to the list of sheets to re-photograph.
