I think the surname is 'Teulon' (like the prominent Gothic Revival architect S S Teulon) but I have found no botanical associations, yet.

Whoever wrote the labels went to the trouble of discriminating between A T Teulon and Mrs Teulon. Why then assume that they are the same person?
