The only similar-named site I could find is Cymorgan, Carmarthenshire, S of Newcastle Emlyn at SN2934. No cliffs on the map, though very steep-sided valleys.

It's either a very badly written 'Cwm Irfon' or Ley-welsh 'Cwm ygarn' (cf nearby Pen y Garn).
