The date I could just make out on zooming in, as 28/7/1883 - the rest completely illegible - however I now see it as definitely Crowland, on searching WHB's collections on that date, as they are all from there. Maybe looking at those individual sheets would serve to decipher 'P....'

Date and Crowland (Lincs) added, thanks. But still cannot determine the 'P' word. It does not appear on his sheets for adjacent dates.
