Collector may be Karl Otto Harz 1842-1906 worked in the Royal Veterinary School Munich, botanist and mycologist. This sheet has been processed before! Last time (352941) name was read as Dr Haig.

Very well spotted. It looks as though a whole folder of Allium carinatum has been added twice (probably my fault) - I'll try to track down the extent of the problem.
