notes:	Leaves variable in form, not so thin and softer to the touch than in the past. Stipules also variable, but generally larger and more pointed than in S. aquatica Sm. Coll. Ward a. Leaves very rusty beneath, stipules as in S. aquatica. Coll. Leefe [specimen labels may by muddled. Sheet has only a single specimen.]
