Locality:Florida (USA), Franklin County, Saint George Island, Dr. Julian Bruce State Park. Frequent in dry sand of open slash pine woods at picnic area between Rattlesnake Cove and East Cove. This particular plant with enlarged, red nodes-much more prominent in fresh condition.
