I think this is 'sk. strandäng vid Arlöv' = 'sk. meadow at Arlöv', as said before in Skåne county/province, Sweden. Perhaps province is source of the 'sk' unless it's an obvious abbreviation in Swedish! Nice 'signature' for Svante Murbeck.
