The location is ambivalent, there are two Headleys: in Surrey and Hampshire, neither seem to have a Highland Road. I have put Surrey because J E W was in Surrey in 1934 and there is no record of him being in Hampshire then.

I think you have the right Headley. There is a Highlands Farm in Headley Surrey, OS TQ185559, on Headley Road, which, west of TQ173560 as B2033 in Leatherhead is called Highlands Road. Perhaps it all used to bear the latter name.
