N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

When Dixon says "The Avenue" in Cambridge does he mean the one at Trinty Backs (he was at Christs)? Problems with the handwriting of W R Sherrin: Is specimen 2 from 'Oxshott Surrey' - some of the letters seem to be missing? Specimen 3 might say 'Worth pond', but Worth is ambiguous even within SE England. And why 'SW'?

From clues on other sheets, I think SW is SW London, used mainly for common species

another possibility
Might be waste ground S N - for South Norwood.
and
The Avenue, behind Trinity, running towards Queens Road seems a likely candidate.
