Could we have a mechanism to record the characteristics of the actual sheet itself. This one is a page from an old Newspaper.. and the content of which could be of interest itself....

details to be available for capture should include
material type (standard Paper of course )
source (e.g. standard , newspaper, folder/folded card/paper )
background patterns e.g. "watermarks" , printing on reverse...

colour ...

etc

the same should be available for the actual labels themselves... you could perhaps then enable searches by (coll/Herb) label types which may assist in identifying collection / herb dates
