N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

another confusing sheet the determination by J Fraser is M x verticilliata, the location is in question too, did Burdon live in Lurgahall there are other sheets of his with Lurgashall written on even though the location might be some way away see http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/361830/

His father lived at Parkhurst House, Lurgashall but he died circa 1900.
Rowland J Burdon lived at Chichester - where he was 'examining chaplain' to the Bishop ; and also Prebendary of Chichester.

Thanks, I don't suppose you know if he still lived or visited there after his fathers death? It seems strange to have Redford SU82 and Lurgashall SU92 on the same sheet implying they are nearby.
