N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Not sure got right place in 'Lancs' (assuming there's not a Gloucs Lancs): No record of cliffs/crags at the Hulton nr Manchester, while HAlton, nr Lancaster has a Higher and Lower Cliff Wood and Rd top East of Halton Green... Any better suggestions?

Dryopteris submontana 'likes grikes', so the probable location for this and the other collections (308348 & 308368) of this fern by Dorothy Ellis De Vesian in 5/1958 is the limestone pavement on Hutton Roof Crags (where it abundant), of which the area south and west of SD553775 is in West Lancs. I have edited.
