Are there two Lambournes in Cornwall? The h@h gazetteer gives us EAST Cornwall SW83. The specimen is labelled WEST Cornwall where there is a Lambourne Hill at Perranzabuloe SW75, according to the h@h gazetteer.

I see now the West Cornwall site must be the correct one, this plant was also collected on 25/7/1935, when Rilstone also collected from nearby Callestick.
