N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

The sheet is ex herb George Cheetham Churchill ('Herbarium Churchillanum Proprium') which, based on other sheets around the same date suggests that it could be a Cheltenham area specimen collected by W.L.Notcutt.

I'm guessing that the label reads 'Swindon', a village on the northern outskirts of Cheltenham.

I read it as "Lindow Common" (SJ835815 Wilmslow, Cheshire).
