Not Praeger's handwriting.

The sheet is reminiscent of http://herbariaunited.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1267 and others like it.

The sheets do look similar, but I think there are distinctions. The Papaver sheet is characteristic of many in ABS, which always have the species info along the top, not the bottom r-h corner as what I think are the Praeger sheets. The ABS paper is often folded and bluish. In fact the Papaver sheet is uniform with one collected by 'R' - http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/380440/ Sites: Co Down and Sussex, on consecutive days, also seems improbable.
