Picklist of French départements doesn't seem to have Nord (59).

I've never managed to sort out the totally contrary systems that exist in France, which seem to be Region, Departement and Postal District; or which system is represented by h@h's pick-list. Wikipedia seems to use Departement, which doesn't coincide with h@h. The only alternative I've been able to manage with h@h abroad, is to try to find a large town which is near the site and also on the pick-list, and work from there, usually resorting to Wikipedia in the process. Does any BSBI member have a link to a French gazetteer which the pick-list would be compatible with? Or ditto other countries?
