If it's Bishopstoke it ought to be Itchen, but I too find it almost illegible. Collector/Ex.herb. 'Townssend' ?

That looks right 'Banks by R Itchen nr Bishopstoke Hants' and I agree the collector is Townsend, from the handwriting
