The picklist seems to have specimens edited under at least 4 versions of Dr Graham's name. I presume he is the collector honoured in the name Carex x grahamii

Yes, Robert Graham (1786-1845).

The sedge was found by Robert Wight (1796-1872) - who deserves to be better known (see http://www.linnean.org/Resources/LinneanSociety/Documents/Publications/Other/Special%20Issue%206%20-%20Robert%20Wight%20and%20the%20Illustration%20of%20Indian%20Botany.pdf).
