Ballinakill - may be Co Wicklow, judging from the various specimens from this site in 1881. Numerous such sheets in DBC could perhaps be assigned by checking whether they cluster to just a few counties, which at first site looks likely

Approx 30 such sheets from 1881 don't specify the county. Sheets from 1881 which have been assigned to an Irish county on editing are as follows - vc20, 17 sheets; vc6, 16 sheets; vc11, 18 sheets; vc4,5, 3 sheets. From 1865: vc 22/23/24/30, 3 sheets.

Ballinakill is an area in the City of Waterford vc H6; other sheets of this genre also clearly refer to Waterford. Note the Quaker style of date "4 mo.", i.e. April.
