The site could be Redhill, Telford; the area apparently had numerous private mineral railways (and canals) due to the collieries, quarries etc here

Redhill SJ4609 where there were two railways, one closed in the 1890s then reopened in 1911 - see Potteries line.

May help explain this 1907 label 'near the new disused railway tracks'.

Thanks, looks like good info [and may relate to the 'Line brickworks' of the SHYB specimens we swopped notes about]
