The only Culreach I can find is between Grantown on Spey and Nethybridge, Morayshire - is this near enough to Banffshire or within any former boundary?

Sheet 400696 has "Culreach near Tugnet". Tugnet is on the east bank of the Spey estuary and just to the south is Culriach Wood centred on OS NJ349635:

Yes that's much better, and fits the Gordon Castle reference of the other sheet
