Illegible though this is, I've taken it to be Downe, Kent, where Green Hill is adjacent to Darwin's home at Down House, TQ427612. Lowne has another specimen same month from adjacent Leeves Green same month in h@h; also 2 specimens from Downe previous year. '10th' isn't part of the date, but 10th edition London Catalogue
