You don't need to record the bottom right numbers,

"135.35.1" is a classification code for the species Antennaria dioica, and P5001 is the photograph number.

In general you only need to record the information requested i.e. collectors, date, locality etc. If there are other details on the sheet that you think are significant then these can be written in the notes field.
