N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

It seems like there are two collections on this sheet. How do you record this? Thanks for the help so far.

hi Dan

there is - immediately below the image of the herbarium sheet and above the 'taxon' field label - a green '+' icon
if you click on this a new set of fields will appear below the first set; this process can be repeated if necessary
it is not always certain which labels refer to which specimen(s), but that is not really within the scope of the current exercise

best wishes
