St Weonards http://www.stw.org.uk/
where A Ley was Vicar after 1878. The notation refers to Ley's divisions of Herefordshire.

Thanks - Found St W - so guess the farm might be Treferanon which is near by and seems the nearest fit.... Interesting re Gregory. Amended. Regards Mike d'A
