This one has a Ley Bequest 1911 but the collection date is listed as July 1926 by a DM(?) Carman - Could it be a mix up with labels?? If so how should it be recorded?

I agree, the Ley label is incompatible. I think the best way to record the sheet is to note the incompatibility, (ideally in the 'notes' field as this is more likely to remain with the record).
