N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

I have not managed to read the label, L C may meen loc cit; the date '8/7/41' does not match the date of the 'Church Times'; the handwriting looks 20thC?

The collector is D M Heath, I think I've seen quite a few of his sheets mounted on Church Times, e.g.

I suspect that the date is 1941 (despite the mismatch with the newspaper date)
