I may have misread this sheet but I think it was collected by Ley, and that JGB has handwritten his ID of F. "officinalis L. variety".
(It could even have been written in by Ley himself - their writing is not dissimilar.)
You put IDs in by clicking on the ellipse (...) after the taxon name.
