N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

This is clearly a mis-identification. I could make little of the info on the sheet (which is a re-used one), there are some initials W W M, but the only collectors I could find with these were from different eras. The date 13/6/1898 did not produce any comparable collections.

This style of printed sheet is Mrs F S Bennett's; and the date and site suggest collected by her. This sheet has been altered from a collection of 1837 (by W W M?) she was sent many specimens at that time, particularly from Scotland.

This sheet to me seems a waste of time - when the ID is so obviously wrong, why accept any other info on it?
